In no event will Committed Service Brand LLC be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for property and personal injury. Improper installation could lead to product failure, personal injury, death, or property damage.

The products Committed Service Brand LLC offers for purchase are designed and intended solely for legally organized and sanctioned, closed-course, off-road competition use.

• Products may disable or modify the emissions system on some vehicles.
• Use on public roads may violate federal and state environmental laws.
• Buyer assumes all risk regarding vehicle warranty voidance.

Buyer assumes full responsibility for property damage, personal injury, or death resulting from use of competition-only parts on public roadways.

We accept PayPal, Venmo, Cash, and Check. Checks require clearance before product release. Most credit cards are accepted with a 4–6% transaction fee.

Providing contact information constitutes acceptance and consideration to the contractual agreement. The company collects demographic data through digital and in-person interactions.
